Championing Physical Activity for People Affected by Dementia (CPA) Spring 2025

The course, developed in in partnership with the Leisure Studies Association and Active Herefordshire and Worcestershire, will help to develop knowledge, skills and confidence in facilitating physical activity for people affected by dementia.
The six-week course, which starts in May, is fully online. Participants will have the opportunity to hear from experts in the dementia, leisure and physical activity fields, as well as from the those with lived experience of dementia.
Dates and Times of Live Online Sessions
- Pre-Course Introduction. Tuesday 15th April 10-10.30am Meet tutor and fellow students.
- Session 1. Thursday 1st May 10-11am
- Session 2. Tuesday 6th May 10-11am
- Session 3. Tuesday 13th May 10-11am
Learning Into Practice Break, week commencing 19th May 2025
- Session 4. Tuesday 27th May 10-11am
- Session 5. Tuesday 3rd June 10-11am
